​2026年5月29日至31日，上海中非关系研究网络（CASIN）将与宁波诺丁汉大学国际事务与国际关系学院、复旦大学历史学系、中非驿站等合作伙伴共同举办 “中非关系七十年：知识、文化与全球伙伴关系” 系列学术活动。

本次活动以“中非关系七十年”为历史节点，聚焦知识生产、文化交流、区域研究转型、发展合作、跨区域网络、青年研究与公共写作等议题。活动将先后在宁波诺丁汉大学、复旦大学邯郸校区与中非驿站举行，力图在学术研究、青年学者培养与公共知识传播之间建立更加开放、多元和互惠的交流平台。

From 29 to 31 May 2026, the China-Africa Shanghai International Network (CASIN), together with the School of International Studies, University of Nottingham Ningbo China, the Department of History, Fudan University, Sino-Africa Hub, and other partners, will host a series of academic events under the theme “China-Africa Relations at 70: Knowledge, Culture, and Global Partnerships.”

Marking seventy years of China-Africa relations, the workshop will bring together scholars, early-career researchers, and public-facing writers to reflect on knowledge production, cultural exchange, development cooperation, area studies, transregional networks, and China-Africa writing.

5月29日，工作坊将在宁波诺丁汉大学图书馆多功能厅03举行专题论文分组。与会学者将从历史学、人类学、国际关系、发展研究、文化研究等不同视角，围绕中非知识生产、跨区域流动、欧洲—非洲—中国三边关系、文化想象、投资合作与产业发展等议题展开讨论。
On 29 May, the workshop will open at the Multifunction Room 03, Library, University of Nottingham Ningbo China, with a series of paper panels. Scholars will discuss China-Africa knowledge production, transregional mobility, Europe-Africa-China relations, cultural imaginaries, investment, industrialisation, and development cooperation.

On the morning of 30 May, the workshop will continue at the Multifunction Room 03, Library, University of Nottingham Ningbo China, with a doctoral and emerging research forum. Participants will share pre-circulated draft papers or long abstracts and receive focused comments and collective feedback.

On 31 May, CASIN will host the Award Ceremony for the Second CASIN Global China-Africa Writing Competition and a China-Africa Writing Roundtable at Sino-Africa Hub. The event will extend the workshop conversation from academic research to public writing and knowledge communication.
